Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The issue is reported within [24–48 hours] of receiving the order
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry items are not eligible for return if used or tampered with, unless received damaged or defective.

Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged on arrival)
Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds
