🔁 Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only. No returns or refunds are accepted.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery only for:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Wrong product received

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Used or worn items

🚚 Exchange Process

  • Customers must share Order ID + photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchange will be processed after verification (subject to stock availability)

  • Free exchange shipping for damaged/wrong items

  • Otherwise, shipping cost may apply
