Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Exchanges are offered only for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days.

Keep it dry, put it on after perfume and lotion, wipe it gently with a soft cloth, and store it in a pouch or box when you are not wearing it.
